Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Daily Skyline mobile application and related services, including the website at dailyskyline.muratoncu.com (together, the "Service").
By downloading, accessing, or using Daily Skyline, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Daily Skyline is a daily logic puzzle game. Each calendar day provides a deterministic puzzle shared by players. Features may include difficulty modes, streaks and stats, an archive of recent days, optional Game Center leaderboards and achievements, and optional anonymous global solve stats.
The free (v1) experience does not require an account. Progress is stored on your device unless a future feature offers something else.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of someone else (for example, a child in your household), you are responsible for that use.
3. License to use the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Daily Skyline on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these Terms and the App Store's rules.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or redistribute the App except as allowed by law
- Reverse engineer the App except where legally permitted
- Cheat, automate, or otherwise interfere with fair play, leaderboards, or community stats
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Misrepresent your affiliation with Daily Skyline or scrape the Service in a way that harms it
4. Accounts and Game Center
Playing does not require a Daily Skyline account today. Optional Apple Game Center features are governed by Apple's terms and your Apple ID settings. We are not responsible for Game Center outages or Apple account issues.
5. Purchases (when offered)
The App may later offer Pro or in-app purchases through the App Store (or other storefronts). Payments, refunds, and billing disputes for store purchases are handled by the platform under that store's terms. We will describe any paid features clearly in the App before you buy.
6. Your content and feedback
If you send feedback, ideas, or support messages, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that material to operate and improve the Service. You confirm you have the right to share what you send.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. By using the Service, you also acknowledge that policy.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Daily Skyline reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Puzzles, features, leaderboards, stats, and store availability may change. We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the Service — including when adding accounts, Pro, Android, or other features — without liability beyond what the law requires.
Local progress depends on your device. We are not responsible for loss of on-device data from uninstalls, device failure, or cleared storage.
9. Intellectual property
Daily Skyline, including its name, branding, puzzle presentation, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Puzzle difficulty and community features are for entertainment.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) ten US dollars (US $10). Some places do not allow certain limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum allowed.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Third-party services
The Service may rely on Apple (App Store, Game Center, push notifications) and hosting providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service anytime by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Daily Skyline is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply. Courts in that jurisdiction may hear disputes, subject to those mandatory rights.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when we do. Material changes may also be noted in the App or on the website. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms, except where the law requires a different process.

18. Apple-required notice
These Terms are between you and Daily Skyline, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation for the App; any claims relating to the App (product liability, legal compliance, or consumer protection) are our responsibility, not Apple's. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
